I'm on the Heuvellaan
Basic information for Ukrainians
Address: Heuvellaan 50, 1217 JN Hilversum
Reception opening hours: from 9:00 to 17:00
To check in, you only need to come and go to the reception.
At the reception they issue Dutch SIM cards after receiving the BSN number, show Ukrainian passport.
You can receive parcels at the address of the center.
Nutrition
Food is served 3 times a day in the dining room (1st floor behind the reception)
Breakfast 8:00
Lunch for children 12:00
Lunch for adults 13:00
Dinner 18:30
The medicine
The center is staffed by doctors from the Red Cross.
To get to the doctor, contact the reception and you will be taken to see the docter. You’ll talk to the doctor and he’ll prescribe medicines, if needed, that will be brought to you free of charge.
The doctor sees people from 10:00 till 12:00 everyday.

Clothing
The center has all the necessary clothes and shoes for children and adults.
Things are freely available on the first floor.
If you did not find the thing you need, contact the team of volunteers and they will definitely help you!
Facilities
There are 4 washing machines and 4 dryers outside.
The shower is located outside, it is shared, the cabins are locked.
The toilet is located on the ground floor near the coffee machines.
